4. COOKIES AND TRACKING
The Site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The customer portal and app may use cookies or similar storage that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and secure.
5. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed afterward for billing, disputes, fraud prevention and legal or regulatory requirements. Messages sent through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to customer data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your account password and PIN private and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and billing record-keeping requirements.

8. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
9. CHILDREN
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Pkosh is based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States. Because our calling services connect worldwide, call information is also passed to carriers in the countries needed to complete your calls.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing categories described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except with the carriers and messaging providers that deliver the messages for us.
